This paring provides the bike with sharper handing yet, not comprising on grip for both riding on road and off-road use. A lighter wheelset enables your youngster to maintain speed and provides lighter pedalling to keep momentum.
With Shimano RapidFire shifters this model has been designed to provide quick and easy access to the bike’s 7-speed gearset. With a handful of gears at the rider’s exposal, your junior rider can easily learn the basic of changing gear and how they affect the bike’s handling and performance. Coupled with the 114mm crank and the 32-tooth chainring, delivers a great drive and smooth operation of the bike’s running components; for effortless pedalling to tackle the ascents, descents to riding the flats.
With a Micro Adjust Seatpost and Dawes Junior Mountain Bike Saddle provides your youngster with a great riding geometry and makes the bike’s controls easily accessible! Providing the bike with the stopping power you require is with thanks to the alloy v-brakes and the CNC-milled rims aim to reduce vibrations on the braking surface.
